I have fairly white teeth but am always envious of those lucky people with bright white teeth naturally. I tend to go on kicks with different whitening products and have VERY sensitive teeth. I have a bad habit of waiting long enough I can convince myself that Crest strips won’t be that bad (I’ve found them to be the most effective at whitening). I’ve tried the kind for sensitive teeth and have found they still make my teeth sensitive, they just don’t work as well, so naturally, I go for the strongest option as I am a glutton for punishment. A few hours later I am inevitably miserable and cursing myself. After reading reviews and doing some research I decided to give this product a try. I was really impressed to see significant whitening, and brightening, after a single use. Easily as effective as the crest strips. They do not adhere as well as Crests strips but after a little adjusting they stayed on fine for the 30 minutes. The flavor is mild and more pleasant than Crest strips. The only negative was that when I took them off there was a surprisingly thick layer of gooey gel residue on my teeth which required brushing (without toothpaste) and rinsing several times. The instructions say not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after use but I can’t imagine how you could avoid brushing and rinsing. You will want to use these at home or somewhere you have a toothbrush handy. Aside from that minor inconvenience, I am thrilled to have found a product that works quickly, effectively, and doesn’t cause sensitivity. In addition, they are significantly cheaper than Crest and the Snow whitening system I’ve used in the past (no sensitivity but not much by way results). One tip, they are harsh on your lips so I would use Aquaphor as a barrier. Overall, I am very excited to have found these.

This stuff works great for a quick whitening. Doesn't bother my teeth.

Works but the bottom strips are small so they only whiten half of my lower teeth. Also they leave a lot of nasty gunk so you need to brush your teeth after, not great for travel. But they work + they’re cost effective + hurt my teeth way less than crest so maybe just using the top strips on the bottom teeth too would help?

Definitely helps and is so worth it absolutely makes your teeth much noticeably whiter within days. But warning if you have ocd it will be very uncomfortable to keep in your mouth trying to fight the urge to take it off or to mess with it while waiting the entire 30 minutes

Lumineux Teeth Whitening Strips are the best whitening solution I’ve found! The 21 treatments last a long time and the price is great for an enamel-safe, peroxide-free product. I noticed a brighter smile in just a few uses, and I experienced zero sensitivity, which is a huge plus for me. The strips are easy to apply, stay in place well, and have a pleasant taste. I love that they use natural ingredients but still deliver real results. I’m very likely to buy these again and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a gentle yet effective way to whiten their teeth. 5 stars!

I bought this product because it uses more natural additives and I wanted to see how it compared to the name brand whitening strips. I’ve used the name brands strips off and on, with good results and just a little bit of sensitivity. Here are my pros and cons on these whitening strips. Pros: The taste is much better than the others I’ve used It has fewer chemicals than the others I’ve used. It looks like only one or two ingredients are synthetic, probably only one It doesn’t make my teeth any more sensitive than usual Cons: The strips don’t stick as well as the others I’ve tried. They are pretty slippery when you put them on but after a while they don’t move as much While they do whiten, I’m not getting as much results as with the others. I’ve been using them for a couple of weeks and typically see more results by now The worst character of this product is the gummy residue left behind when you remove them. It is really, really thick. You can’t just swish water around your mouth to remove it. I’ve found that even a toothbrush doesn’t remove all of it, just most of it. Unless I also use my waterpik first, I feel like there is still a coating on my teeth. When I use my waterpik it leaves residue in the sink that has to be wiped off and can’t just be washed down with water. This is not a product you would want to use on your way to work and expect to go in before you brush your teeth. Overall, I think this product, for me anyway, is one I would use more for touch-ups between using the name brands. The lack of sensitivity is a big plus for me.

These work great. I'm sure there are others that do the job faster but these are convenient and I experienced no sensitivity with them. I have already purchased a second box.

I have been using these on and off for about three years now….. I have extremely sensitive teeth as I do not have enamel on many of my teeth and have spots in the front and was never comfortable trying whitening as I did not want to just whiten my spots and leave the rest of my teeth, the same. These have been a gentle, sweet way for me to have whiter teeth and it really has worked…. This last box that I purchased looked a little bit different when I opened up the box oddly the small packs that the strips are in …everything just felt a little bit smaller printed differently. As soon as I opened the strips, I noticed immediately that they looked completely different…. A lot more gooey texture on the strip, and none of the white spots the strips always had. trying to have a positive attitude and assume that they upgraded their formula and not to worry….. I have used them now three days in a row and can 100% say that whatever they change the formula to does not work. It’s just like I’m putting a whole bunch of gooey crap on my teeth and I’m not getting any results. It’s a completely different formula. I don’t know what the heck is going on. I’m so flipping disappointed.

Revised review This whitener turned out to be a good product once I got the hang of placing the strips. I now make sure that my teeth are fairly dry, prior to application, so that the strips will stay in place. I have used various kinds of whitening strips, in the past, but this one fails to deliver for the wrong reasons. One, the strips are so thin that applying them is challenging, keeping them in place is frustrating, the gel is so thick that they slip and slide. Two, the bottom strip is much too small for the back of the teeth and just about everytime I end up loosing it and throwing it away. Three, this product does whiten (thus 2 stars) but it's usage is a hassle and I don't recommend it.
