I cook for a living in the past and it well worth the product

Wife and I love this grill we bought for the new electric rang. Cooks good and what loves how well it grills her veggies. I use for breakfast cooking and haven't had a problem using it. It is heavy but well built. Would buy another if I need a second one and recommend to any one who is looking for a griddle.

I chose this griddle after reviewing many other options. It’s good quality, heavy as expected for a cast iron. Unfortunately had to return because it was too heavy for my 1 burner outdoor grill. I had to rate 4 stars because I didn’t get a chance to use and can’t comment on ease of cleaning or heat distribution. I would purchase again if needed.

First, what we liked was that this was easy to clean and fit perfectly on top of our induction stove top. We liked that it worked on both sides, the flat side for frying eggs, hash browns and fish, and the grill side for cooking steak, bacon and veggies. However, about 2 months into using it, we were cooking lamb chops on it, when it suddenly made a loud popping noise. About a minute later, it made a second popping noise, and seemed to jump about a centimeter off the stove top. Immediately, smoke started to cover the stove top and we noticed that grease from the lamb was now leaking onto the stove top. When trying to move the plate, we then noticed that it had completely split in half. Somehow, the heat of the lamb grease was too much for the grill plate and caused it to split. Because this had worked so well beforehand, and the cost is reasonable, we have considered trying another one. However, because of the split, and the concern that it could have damaged our induction stove top by cracking and jumping, we have held off. UPDATE: We have since purchased 2 more of these hoping that maybe cooking with a lower heat would solve the problem, because this is the only griddle we could find that would fit and work on our induction stove top. However, both griddle plates cracked in half exactly the same way on 6/10 heat. On one we were cooking turkey burgers and on the other bacon. Each time, it was after around 2 months of use. These look great, but they are poorly made are NOT built to last more than few months before completely cracking in half.

This is my everyday work horse. I get so much more use out of this than I ever thought I would. It took a little while to get a decent seasoning on it, but now that it is well-seasoned, it is my go-to for cooking breakfast in the morning. I can cook my eggs, bacon, and heat up my bagel all on this one griddle. Therefore, only one item to wash. I do feel like the "bottom" side, which for me is the grated side, is getting a bit messed up from the direct fire of my gas stove. But for me, it's not a super big deal because I just about exclusively use the flat side. I sometimes wish that the ledges on the sides were a bit taller to contain grease or juices, but that is a minor complaint. I would buy this thing over and over again; the good thing is that you don't need to!

Les plaques sont belles et ont l'air robuste. Mais le fait de devoir les "assaisonner" pour ne pas qu'elles rouilles est une vraie tanée a faire. Non seulement c'est long mais en plus bonjour l'odeur pendant que vous le faite. vraiment bof si vous cherchez un produit pas prise de tête.

great cast iron plate, used on bbq and on electric stove for my pancakes love it , can make many at the same time great for big family totally recommend

Just received the grill plate and it looks excellent. It's a bit rough, so a bit scary to put on my glass induction stove, but just have to handle it with care. Tried heating it up a bit and it heats up well, so all great. It comes with care instructions, which is excellent, especially for those who do not have a lot of experience with cast iron pans (like me). It also came with a card to encourage feedback and on the back it says to register on the website for 3 months extra warranty beyond the one year and a free gift (exclusions may apply). So I scan the QR: Page Not Found. I visit the website manually and click on Register "Page Not Found". Guess I'm excluded?

Wer gerne grillt oder auch in der Küche „Grill-Feeling“ haben will, bekommt hier ein sehr vielseitiges und langlebiges Produkt. Perfekt für Familienessen.

to say the least, this reverse grill should be loved by everyone! i swear i can't cook burgers, steaks, or chicken without using this magnificent grill. you can make three big smash burgers at the same time, 4 steaks, and 5 chicken breasts. this thing makes me excited to cook, easily my favorite kitchen tool and essential to my happiness in the kitchen.
