Yes, but it will default to 2133 MHz. Your mobo may already support XMP profiles to utilize the stock 3000 MHz these sticks advertise, but it may require a BIOS update. I am using these on a Gigabyte z170 Gaming 7 board and had to update the BIOS to successfully apply the XMP profile to get 3000 MHz. But yes, these will work with your motherboard.

does this work with 1151 board

The cpu socket type doesn't determine RAM compatibility.At this time (2015-Oct-21), all of the Z170 based 1151 socket boards are DDR4 as far as I'm aware. So this RAM should work in all of those. There will be lower cost socket 1151 boards coming out that support DDR3, that this ram would not work in (if you search amazon for B150 ddr3, you should find at least one from Asrock and one from Asus; there will be more). There are also boards coming out that will have a pair of ddr3 slots and a pair of ddr4 slots. This ram would only work in the ddr4 slots on those boards and you can't use both types at the same time.

Yes and no, ram overclocking to that level is more dependent on processor than ram. I can't do the overclock profile on mine with the 5930 because it breaks the base clock of my processor.
