I researched on the many benefits coconut oil has on the body and started taking it orally out the bottle some months ago. Although taking it and swallowing it wasn't as easy sometimes I would regurgitate or back up. I hate it because of the deceptive packaging and the deceptive presentation of the product on Amazon which failed to shed any light on what the manufacturer so desperately wants to keep in the dark -- namely, that one individual softgel is NOT 2000mg, it is 1000mg. I see that it is now possible to get this information from the product page, although even now you have to suspect the truth and go hunting for it by enlarging the print on the back of the bottle. This was NOT the case last week when I ordered the product; I had no way of knowing I wasn't ordering softgels of 2000mg each. I am guessing that Amazon was the recipient of enough wrath that they figured they'd better pay attention to this sort of thing. Not that I believe Amazon was an innocent victim like me. I suspect they knew but underestimated the rage of an intentionally misled customer. I will NEVER buy any product from Nutribody ever again. (Do they think I won't remember the name of the company?!) And I am disappointed with Amazon that they permitted this travesty to go on.

It's a bit too early to really tell the effects, but I have heard so much about the benefits of using coconut oil. It was reinforced last night at a workshop where some students and the facilitator discussed the great benefits of coconut oil. I'll reply with more as time goes by.
