Comes with nice packaging and mild flavour. I tried this probiotic pills after recovering from corona and my digestive system is good now. ☺️

Nasty side effects
I used to take another brand for probiotics. Since this brand was available immediately I ordered. This tablet didn't help me & gave me bad side effects like nausea& literally couldn't eat anything because my stomach was irritated. Please check the contents to see if you are allergic to any contents& buy.

Need improvement
This product comes with 20 Billion Cfu which is very low and not effective. The company needs to upgrade it to 50 Billion Cfu which is very good and works well ☑️

I don't know if this product is doing anything Normally it is powder in capsules and you have to solve the powder in water.
