It was a Christmas for a friend. I think she liked it. I never asked her.

Not a lot of recipes but good stuff

Great recipes and they are easy to make for one person

Has quite a variety of recipes using a variety of size mugs. I did need to purchase some larger mugs in order to attempt some of the recipes.

Very good book and I received it on time!

There are lots of great recipes in the Mug Shots Desserts! I’ve tried various mug brownies and (literal) cupcake recipes online, but thought that was all there was. But there are many clever ideas here, that I would have never thought of on my own. For example, Rice Krispie treats, monkey bread, pineapple upside-down cakes, cheesecake(!), and even creme brulee. Some require you to use the various power settings on your microwave, which I hadn’t really used before, I’ve found that the recipes were really spot-on, and made great treats in just a minute or two.I had some leftover pumpkin in an opened can in the frig, so I tried out the pumpkin pie recipe. I was concerned about how the custardy dessert would cook in the microwave, but it turned out fantastic! There were no hard parts or uncooked parts and I cooked it in a fairly tall and thin mug. I love to eat pumpkin all year round, I’m thrilled to have a super fast and easy pumpkin recipe to make!
