Vinylux Longwear Pink Nail Polish, Gel-like Shine & Chip Resistant Color, 0.5 Fl Oz

3/27/2026: CND’s Vinylux in “Negligee“ is a beautiful sheer pink (non-gel) regular nail polish, perfect for my natural nails. Exactly what I wanted based on the description which reads: “Sheer, shimmer pink pearl nail polish; an opalescent baby pink. Very subtle shimmer, pearl, & opalescence, & that’s great for me because I would have loved it even if it were completely flat. In fact, I’m now looking to purchase another Vinylux sheer soft pink that is completely flat. I saw some reviews complaining that it’s not opaque & too sheer even after 3-5 coats. This is 100% true, but that’s exactly what the “Product Details” describe it to be under the “Top Highlights” section. If it wasn’t sheer, I would’ve never purchased it. I received it yesterday, & painted my nails last night. This does look like an American (French) manicure on my nails, but I assure you it is not. It’s just how sheer polish looks on longer nails when the tips are naturally white (& a cool nail hack too). I didn’t use alone. I properly filed & buffed, acetone to dehydrate, 1 coat of ORLY Rubberized Base Coat, 2 thin coats of Negligee color, 1 Coat of the CND Shine Top Coat, rhinestones, 1 coat of ORLY Quick Dry Top Coat after curing the rhinestones to secure, & cuticle oil. I waited 9-10mins between each coat with a fan (3 mins only after base to ensure tackiness still present). I included 2 photos from last night right after I finished & added some rhinestone embellishments with rhinestone gel glue & a uv light to cure (all 3 also purchased on Amazon). The last photo is my nails with only clear polish a few wks earlier for color reference. Polish went on easy & very smooth, not too thin/thick, no streaks, nice size brush too. $12 is an ok price if it actually lasts a week w/o chipping. Next time I’ll try without the ORLY base & ORLY top coat to evaluate the CND Vinylux duo on its own, but I didn’t want to risk it not lasting this time, or risk the rhinestones falling off before my event. Stars are for color & application. I will come back & update in a week or 2 once I know how it wears, which may affect # of stars. Hope all these details help! :-) 💅🏽🙂 4/3/2026: So I kept the polish on 1 week, but didn’t keep it for longer because the top coat & edges were starting to wear as you can see on the last photo I uploaded from 4/3. Overall I still think it’s a good non-gel polish for natural nails. Next time I will not use a base coat as suggested, & only the matching top coat,

Yes ladies, it really lasts for 9++days. Great color! Shiny! A bit more expensive than I am used to spending but all in all, it has become the only nail polish I will ever buy!

The CND Vinylux Longwear negligee nail polish goes on smoothly and stays on for about a week even with your hands being in water often. The negligee color is very opaque and natural looking. My favorite for everyday. The polish it self has nail strengthening properties and lets the nails breath.

Wow I’m impressed. I’ve been looking for something that lasts as long as gel since I became allergic to gel out of the blue after many many years, and this polish is the best thing I have come across. I don’t know if it’s the clear topcoat or the polish or the combo of both, but usually after a few days, there are small chips and it’s been four days and not a chip in sight. I’m very pleased.

This seller sent two bottles of an entirely different color than the one pictured. They Blacked out the original label and tried to affix their own label. This item is not returnable. I will never buy from this source if I can help it ever again. I love this polish in the colors I like. The color sent wasn't even close to it was a beige brown and ugly

Good polish way more iridescent and light than in the pic. I wanted more of a neutral with a lil bit o somethin. It’s full on 80’s teen.

This colour is not a bright pink. It is a dull pink with orange tint. Very disappointed.

Not as pink as I would like, but a very nice colour. Put OPI glazed & amuzed over it, and it looks fabulous.
