## Overview

Tumbl Trak Sticky Toes are innovative nylon foot straps with Velcro that provide instant tactile and audible feedback when feet separate during gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or martial arts training. Designed as a one-size-fits-all solution, they fit barefoot athletes and those wearing shoes, helping refine technique by ensuring feet stay together. Lightweight, durable, and color-coded for easy use, Sticky Toes are trusted by coaches and athletes to improve skill precision and reduce common deductions.

## Description

Keeping feet together during tumbling is one of the most common deductions in gymnastics, cheerleading and acro dance. With Sticky Toes, athletes won't have to guess whether their feet came apart -- they will be able to feel and hear the Velcro separate if they do come apart. Allows the athlete to refine technique in new skills easier. Ideal for tumbling skills and yes, bar work too! Straps are big enough to go around cheerleading shoes, yet small enough to go around a young athlete's barefoot. Color coded for easy use: Red for Right, Lemon for Left. Lightweight and easy to put on and take off. Hand washable. Bundle and save by buying in packs of 10 or 20. Need more? Review: Excellent tool for gymnasts - These were great for my 7 year old daughter when working on handstands, glides, and kips. The Velcro on each sticky toe secured her feet together to work on drills at practice. They were easy for her to put on by herself. Her sticky toes have lasted for over 2 years and they are still in great shape.
Review: love these for teaching circus arts/aerials - I teach circus arts and bought these to help my adult students keep their feet together in handstands and static trapeze. They're a little snug for adult feet but they work so well that my students ask me to get them out so they can put them on. I love not having to monitor whether their feet are together and letting them monitor themselves instead. They are VERY simple (elastic, velcro sewn on, the end dipped into some kind of rubber to prevent fraying) and would be easy to make at home, but even easier to buy.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Daughter uses them at tumble class
*by E***M on May 6, 2024*

Daughter uses them at her cheer tumbling class to fix her back hand spring technique. Work well and easy for her to use by herself as she is only 10.
