I appreciate the punk look it has, with the chrome zippers and buckles. Wish the pockets were bigger, and that it was thicker. Also a seam was coming undone in the left sleeve, but I'm gonna fix that myself. The fleece inside is of good quality, and the fake fur around the hood is very soft. Hood is nice and roomy too, bonus if you've got bigger or more elaborate hair. Or just dig the low pulled down hood mysterious vibe, haha. The sleeves are very snug. I like this feature, but I've got thin arms. Wore a fuzzy sweater underneath the coat just fine today though. It's December here in southern USA, which means 40 degrees and a serious wind chill. It was a surprise to her as she didn't ask for a coat. The reason for the 4 star rating, the very top snap was not installed correctly. It was missing the front half of the snap and the back half fell out immediately. We searched the packaging for the front half to no avail. The part was clearly missing. However. My daughter loves it so much she was not willing to allow me to send it back for a replacement. She plans on a trip to a local tailor where a new snap can be installed for a couple bucks. It fits great and looks great too!
