Go to the K&N website, search for your make and model. It does say that this is the filter for your bike.

Does it come with a ORing?

No K&N filter does , with most bikes the old ring should be fine unless its very very old

I really have no idea....we purchased for a specific bike, and it fit....I would contact the seller.

dumb question but I assume this will fit the 300F? doesn't list on K&N site but same engine as 300r...

I bought this for a 250 and it worked perfectly if the 300r is listed I would say give it a shot and compare the filter that comes out to the new red KN. Also since you said the engine is the same many times aftermarket brands will just list the most common models especially when there is no difference except from the visual variations of bikes....
