This cooktop received to me yesterday on 6 Aug 23 the booking was done on 30 Jul 23 it took too long to get delivered to my doorstep even it is a metro city but delivery is slow further even being prime customer and paying fees for that no one day delivery was given. Anyway regarding the product following is submitted. The cooktop is having elegant finish with state of art engineering on burner design which entirely a unique in it's class. It's a brass burner. Pipings are sturdy however individual burners supply pipe is quite weak and prone to break even if small tension be exerted on it. So blow hot to work on this. The price is too high for this product as far as my calculations the price for this product should be restricted maximum to 4200 becuase it's manufacturing process is not so complicated. The auto ignition or piezzo igniter is precise it glows burner maximum in two to three attempts. Operation is a bit noisy. Size is quiet big as compared to other cooktops. So ensure your kitchen stone size prior to putting up order. Buttons are beautiful and smooth. Seems fuel efficient. Blow hot should also manufacture These cooktops in colour variant also. I would recommend to buy this product if it's cost is reduced to 4200 maximum. As it seems too much profit is being gained only becuase of new burners design. Quality wise Ok. I will put my further view on this once I use it atleast for 15 days.. 👍

I would really say.. Product is very sturdy and liked it very much.. Only thing was when I was facing issue with auto ignition and tried assistance with Amazon it was not possible today I got a call back from blowhot team about the update which was exactly 3-4 days after installation.. now they're over the phone confirming that they will provide service within 24-48 hours.. Which is again drawback as this 1-2 days your family members will suffer.. It's very complex procedure so choose your convenience and purchase with your nearest dealer they might help faster.. I was lucky got good mechanics in neighbourhood so he resolved it quickly.. Those who stay in city for them it's easier but aged people and people who stay remote area these may become fancy item and have to again suffer .. As your cooking process can not wait for an hour. Overall the product is awesome if above mentioned issue is not an big deal they can go ahead and purchase this beautiful auto ignition oven. Thanks

DO NOT BUY. FOR YOUR OWN SANITY. Please avoid this model and even this company at all cost. Only buy from local market if the seller will provide you proper support. Here is the list of issues I have faced so far in just 2 month usage. 1. Gas leakage: There is a manufacturing defect due to which there is Gas leakage in the stove. We called customer care and technician came twice and made changes. But the issue was due to manufacturing defect in the stove. Guess what policy Blowhot has? They dont replace the stove at any cost, they will just send technician. What if its not fixed? No worries they will send technician again, they dont care about your safety or if the issue gets resolved. 2. This model has a problem if you make the flame low, the burner shuts off completely. 3. The stands started losing color within months. I know its tempting to buy online to save few bucks but trust me it will simply cuase you trouble. Support is not good the product is not good. Avoid all this hassle and buy from trusted local vendor and keep your sanity.

Good product. Easy for installation .styllish .correct size . comfort to use burner function is very good .fire spreads equally. Fuel consumption is good over all good .stove edges are very shorp it is tough to handle while delivered 2 screws are missing .one stove stand is shaky. One of the midsize burner auto ignition is not working properly over all nice product.value for money . good coustomer care.dont miss this

Earlier also I had the same technology 2 burner stove, it worked for 9 years, that is still in working condition, but I was looking for 4 burner for multitasking the dishes. I am however reviewing the product after 6 months, I was very happy with my previous stove also with different company, and I am very happy with this 4 burner stove as well. Very much affordable, compare with the other branded products they also serve you the same time duration. Easy to clean, no hassle of having any lighter. I know the value of review because i also check for review before buying any product, so I taught let me use it for sometime and then review the product that can help people.

The product is overall good n economically saves gas,been using for about a month. Pros. The flame is adjusted perfectly so can keep on simmering for long time without the fear of getting burnt. The dripping tray helps in case of spillage n can be cleaned easily but beware of underneath holes,sharp enough to cut fingers. Enough space between the burners to fit even very large vessels. It's got an elegant look which adds to the beauty of kitchen. Cons: The charges for converting to pipeline gas is too high ,locals charge around 400, the Co doesn't assure of warranty if done by locals. The legs of stove are plastic ones n not sturdy enough to handle the weight of vessel when on. It keeps moving back n forth, vessels have to be held with hand while sauteing. Sometimes the light doesn't ignite even after several attempts. Sound of 'tik' comes from behind at regular intervals when on, don't know wether it has to be taken seriously.

Item was as expected, good looking, robust and one attempt ignition. But ..... 👎 I had to return it first time because two of the burners SIM mode was not functioning. That means the flame was not being reduced on SIM mode. It is just Lack of proper quality inspection though " Tested OK" sticker was pasted. 👍 However I received second piece without any defect except missing first attempt of click for ignition. 👌 It's dimensions and weight are exactly same as described in the specifications. But Glass thickness is 7 mm, not 8 mm. As per my extensive search I conclude that this one is the best and cheapest Piezoelectric Auto-ignited Gas Oven in the market. 12 kg weight with 7" glass thickness itself says how robust is it. No headache of battery and it's replacement for auto ignition. 21.03.23: It is just over a month now. My Blowhot is quite hot now. 👌 It's auto ignition has been further smoothen and all the burners' are being ignited at first click most of the time now. 👌So zero complaint now. 09.04.23: Above remarks is now proved to be wrong. So once again I am putting my additional review as I have fresh complaint for leakage of valve of the large burner. There was a tiny flame glows even after switching off the valve. I raised a complaint and the same day technician came. He replaced the valve but was unable to match the spark with gas flow. So the burner was not getting flame. After a marathon effort and exhausting a full match box he somehow could manage to put it right. But I had doubt about the work done by him and the capabilities of the technician. And my doubt came to reality just after two days. Now again the burner is not getting flame despite sparking. From the very first day of installation I guessed the technicians hired by the Service Agency of Blow Hot are not much experienced and not having expertise in their work. Blow Hot should think about it. I am still waiting for the response from Blow Hot. 27.04.23: I am once again adding my experience of last few days. Last 15-20 days I was so busy in complaining and following up with Blow hot & it's Service Agency in Maharashtra. Their technicians are coming, attending the defects and going away. After one or two days it s the same problem of no flame on click. Finally they planned to replace the valve. So they kept me waiting for one week. Latter they took the Happy Code from me in advance after receipt of the item. But the technician came after complaint and followup for several times. And again he adjusted the spark plug and make the burner flamed. He said no need to change the valve. Now I am waiting for the result. But they are after me for Happy Code. Now I am really feeling helpless, hopeless & fedup for frequent complaining & following up the manufacturer and Service provider. So for my above mentioned sufferings I am reducing one star.
