This is the product I needed/
I bought a vacation home where the builder had a spring on the door going into the garage. I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep the spring but I could see the advantage (door closes behind you and the disadvantage (Pain when unloading the car) I thought of getting a door stop you just slip under the door but in a hight traffic area like this I figured I would spend too much time looking for the stop. I bought this one. Very easy to install, very easy to use and does what it needs to do - keep the door open,

Good rubber stopper, doesn't slide on tile
The rubber is great, i've tried to get several and the "stop" part of the door stopper is so hard it just slides across tile, this one has traction. A few screws, and it's on the door, ready to go easy as pie. Nice and strong, built well!

Good value for the price
Very good replacement product for the original door hold open devices. Easy to reset to the open position by everyone. We have some elderly folks that have to use these sometime so it is important for them to be able to manipulate them with their feet without stumbling. These work well for this purpose.

Easy installation
I had a travel trailer bathroom door that kept closing. This doorstop was easy to install and solved the problem. Of course, this is ancient technology. Doorsteps have been used since the invention of the self-closing door hinge in 1775. It's easier to operate than a doorstop wedge. You can kick it down and lift it back up with your foot.
