Beautiful and well made
Love these plates, quality made and bright colors. I wish I could afford the larger size. I have them hanging on my kitchen wall.

Lack of quality in the details
We broke a soup bowl recently that I have had for several year, so I replaced it with this one from Amazon. I don't know if the quality of Villeroy and Boch has gone down in general or if the ones they send to Amazon are of lesser quality, but this bowl is not as good as my original. There is no detailed ribbing on the green edge and the colors are not as sharp or vibrant on the fruit in the middle. Otherwise it seems the same, but I am disappointed in the lack of quality in the details.

The plate arrived broken. The packaging was inadequate for a fragile ceramic item and did not provide sufficient protection during shipping.
