Exactly as pictured, and got here MUCH faster than the estimated delivery. It is rather large, much bigger than I expected, and it is pretty heavy for a ring, but I love it and it hasn't come off since I bought it. My only complaint would be that wearing it makes it a bit difficult to reach into your pockets because it gets snagged, but I got used to it pretty quickly, and it's no fault of the manufacturing, it's just the design.
