Srimad Bhagavata Mahapurana with Sanskrit Text and English Translation, 2 vols

From the packing to delivery and attention to detail, all very good. The book translation is really accessible and hits a balance with meaning and providing context. This is a great version for a first time reader of the Srimad Bhagavata to gain an overall understanding. Only wish would be to have the Sanskrit in English characters. Recommend for purchase.

This is a good quality translation and binding, but most impressive was the seller, Exotic India. When the order went missing (probably stolen, almost certainly not the seller's fault), they were very courteous and replaced it without being asked. It arrived from India to the US well before the expected delivery date. I could not have been happier with them.

They came on time in a very save packed box. the book is just as shown on the site with hard cover. Thank you.

I only got volume 2.Is volume 1 coming later on?

Wonderful condition, besides candle wax all over the front of the first book, but the wax is clear so I don’t mind it there atall. Otherwise great condition!:)

Seller Brijbhoomi Books - The book came in a fine and very well done packing, thanks to the seller Brijbhoomi books. Good quality of print and binding, worth the mark up being charged. The Book - Personally to me this is the best ever version of Srimad Bhagavatham, maintains a fine balance between Bhakti and Gyan (some other versions I came across had either over devotional touch while some other a bit too much on being flat knowledge). Best part of this version from Gita Press is it did not seem to be overly being biased to any specific school of thought. In other words the best book one can read in his or her lifetime and draw ones own inference depending on mental disposition.

The productions of Gita press are if highest quality. Beside the good translations of sanskrit texts which they publish, the printing , book binding and illustrations are of very good quality
