Pillowcase Ultra-Soft Cover for Neck Roll and Cervical Bolster Round Pillow of LitoTree (18x6 inch Pillowcase White) (Pillow case only, Does not Include The Pillow)

My husband had hip replacement surgery and needed a pillow to use between his legs for sleeping and exercises. His physical therapist had this great cervical roll pillow and we bought one just like it but it needed a nicer cover. After searching many options, we found this cover that had the correct dimensions to fit the pillow. The pillow fit tightly, which is good, and the cover is very soft, comfortable and all parts work well together. Just what he needed.

I bought the 18x6 pillowcase, and its very well made and feels comfortable. Its a perfect fit for the bolster pillow (what I would call a lumbar or cervical pillow) that I had gotten from my pillow. I've attached two photos so you can see before and after I zipped the zipper. The zipper in the pillowcase is narrow, and once its closed you won't notice it. Again, its a perfect fit for that type of pillow, and the pillowcase feels like it will last a while. If I needed another one, I would not hesitate to buy this pillowcase again.

1st of all, it’s a very nice neck pillow: comfortable, memory-foam, nice zip-fit cover. I didn’t give it 5 stars because, for me, it might be slightly too firm. However, when I sleep on it, I do sink into it about 1/2-way and maybe that’s ideal: maybe if the foam was slightly more “smushy”, I would “bottom out”.… so maybe it’s just right. It’s comfortable for side- and back-sleeping positions. Initially I thought it might be a touch hot but I’m not noticing that anymore. The pillow comes with the zip cover and they’re calling that the “pillow case”. I ordered the separate item in addition to the pillow thinking I was ordering like a linen-type fitted pillowcase, but you should know that the separate item is just another of the zip cover that comes with… not a bad idea to have the 2nd to change out for laundering, just be aware it’s not a linen pillowcase. Overall, I’m happy with it and continue to use it every night. Unless you’re specifically looking for a really soft, “squishy” memory foam, I recommend this.

I ordered this pillowcase for my existing Litotree neck pillow because I wanted to have an extra one. As I wash them regularly, it's helpful to have two. This pillowcase is very very soft and comfortable as a pillowcase for my Litotree neck pillow. It's exactly like the one that came with my pillow. I love how perfectly it fits the pillow and the hidden zipper that ensures the best comfort while using it. It's also very well made with high quality materials. I highly recommend this pillowcase for your Litotree pillow!TIP: I wash these pillowcases in a zippered mesh laundry bag on a delicate setting, and then hang to dry. You actually can dry them in the dryer on a low/delicate setting, but I prefer to air dry mine.

This company makes a regular and an extra firm neck roll. I ordered the regular, but think I might have been sent the firm in error. If this is the regular one, the extra firm one must be made of concrete because this thing is HARD! It causes severe pain between my shoulder blades at the base of my neck. The cover is sturdy, but the fabric is easily "picked" and also is textured so does not feel the softest against my skin. It is removable for washing but I still don't understand why they would put a white cover on a neck roll. It easily gets sweat stains. With all that being said, I would still order another one if they had a less firm version. The foam inside is just really high quality. I also have the larger version they offer for lower back/knees. It is so comfortable that my husband and I fight over who gets to use it. Our cats like to prop up against it when they sleep too.

Perfect size neck or lower back. It's medium density foam and doesn't build up or hold heat too bad. The cover is also soft and well made.

This new neck roll cover is wonderful! The one on my 89-year-old husband's pillow had become tattered and the zipper was coming detached from part of the cover. So I measured his pillow, then searched on Amazon for the right pillowcase for him in this size. Got it faster than I expected, which is great, and It fits perfectly! He is delighted with how his neck roll fits more comfortably now.

If you like a fairly firm pillow, you will like this product. Comes with a good quality pillow case. I use it for watching tv, but it is too firm to sleep with for my liking. Product as advertised.

I like this pillow... comfortable to use...

I am an MD and I recommended this to my patients with neck stiffness and pain and they say it works well for them too. Its important that it is narrow so it fits in the curve of your neck and not behind your head

The product is of good quality, quite firm. I like the fact that it is short, I bought the smallest one. I can use it as neck support, with my feather pillow. I have been actually using it as support between my knees when I sleep on the side. It doesn't have the nasty smell that some memory foam products do. To relieve the pain it must be used on a regular basis, for a longer period of time (3-4 months). It takes time for a bulged disk to cure. The neck support cannot be very comfortable as in nature, they are quite firm and so is this product.
