After the Army I continued to wear them working construction. I've tried many different brands of work boots but I always come back to these. Including my military time that makes 24 years now. Polish them military style with shoe polish if you like. For construction I just oil them with Neatsfoot oil when the leather looks like it is starting to dry. The only difference between then and now- 24 years ago they were American made. Now I see they are made in the Philippines, which must be a recent thing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... a few days sooner than expected which was a great surprise since my last pair just had a sidewalk ... *by B***N on December 29, 2017* Boots came in a few days sooner than expected which was a great surprise since my last pair just had a sidewall blowout .Bought these a size wider and at my normal size, tried them on and width is probably wider than I need but I’ll deal with it and they seem to run about half size too big.
