They capture the little ones attention, encourage creativity, and are often a tool used in schools too. But they get pricey, especially if you're buying 100+ sets. The Magna-Tile 100 PC set is listed at $100+ right now as I type this. This brand works just the same. The include arch pieces and two cars, which adds even more fun. I've yet to see a significant difference in quality, so why would I pay more? The boys are gonna knock them down on eachother anyways, right?

**Q: Are these compatible with Magnatiles?**
A: They might be- they’re basically a more affordable option to Magnatiles. But side by side, I’m sure you’ll see differences in textures, colors, size and maybe even magnetic polarity on a few pieces.
As a set, these are great by themselves.

**Q: Do these magnetic tiles work well with Picasso magnetic tiles?**
A: My guess would be no. Based on the fact that we bought two different sets made by this same company and even they won’t work together because the magnet placement is so different.

**Q: where is it made?**
A: I don't know....that was not my focus in pursuing this brand.  I needed to find more bang for my buck over magnatiles

**Q: Are these compatible with megagontiles?**
A: I would think so. My nephew as a couple sets each made by a different company. The magnets in the blocks are strong so it should be ok.

We absolutely love this tile building game. I have tried magna blocks as well. But these magnets are really strong and the pieces stay together better. Also no sharp edges or corners. My 4 yr old gets thrilled to make a small garage for his toy cars. Closing and opening the door panels and then pushing his toy car inside gets him so excited. As an adult too , I am enjoying creating different structures and shapes. The really good thing is the pieces stay together pretty well. Different types of pieces like window, and smaller door panels and fence makes the structures all the more interesting. Pieces being transparent is a plus.
