Delicious, tasty and perfect!
Ok, some keto or low carb products taste awful - cardboard, sand and chemical tastes are frequently invoked. How many times have you been disappointed? Well, you WILL NOT be disappointed with this one! The words perfectly balanced come to mind - the flakes and nuts are crispy and crunchy, the sweetener used (erythritol) gives just enough sweetness without the cloying bitterness or chemical taste, and the amount of cinnamon is just perfect! I was so surprised at how delicious this is! 1/3 cup serving is 180 calories but just 1 net carb. 180 may seem like a lot, but this isn’t intended to be a meal - it is perfect as a small snack when you need something to tide you over. I poured a small amount of milk over it and found it be delicious. The next day I tried a small amount of plain greek yogurt with a few teaspoons on top. Just delicious. No crazy ingredients, just a very delicious occasional snack. I have a feeling I’m going to wish they packaged this in a larger package…

Extremely Satisfying Crunch
We're maintaining a Keto lifestyle, and judging by how much better I feel, we're likely going to be on it for a long time to come. But there are things you miss... not a lot of satisfying crunching you take for granted on a grain-focused diet. I actually purchased this granola to replace cereal. As such, I poured 2/3 cup serving instead of the stated 1/3 cup, and I drenched it in coconut milk. The mouthfeel of this granola is spot on. Nice crunch that really satisfies, and it doesn't get soggy in milk. Plus, there's a hint of saltiness along with the sweet, so that was a bonus. I loved the level of sweetness - enough to satisfy but not sickly sweet. And the chew factor was great - it's real food. It doesn't just disappear in the mouth. We're not rich folk, and it's difficult living Keto because it's more expensive than our old way of life. But I'm hopeful that if this gains in popularity, the price will come down so we can keep purchasing it. I'm definitely a fan. Not only was the experience of eating it full-on pleasurable, but it filled me up and helped me hit my macros.

Tasty keto granola and is it good or not for T2 diabetes
This is a pretty good tasty granola, much better than the other keto granola I tried which I ended up throwing out (the other one really failed the taste test badly). Now why did I subtract a star? First, the serving size is very small, not really realistic. Second, this is pricey granola. I may look into trying to figure out how to make my own high fiber granola at home. And Third and most importantly: I have discovered that how keto products a count carbs and sugar in their products on the front of the package is misleading for actual type 2 diabetics as I am one. People eating keto diet products who have family history of type 2 diabetes should not count on the keto diets to help them avoid type 2 diabetes as they grow older, nor to manage their blood glucose levels once diabetic. The only carbs you can subtract as a T2 diabetic or one with a familial tendency to T2 diabetes are those that are completely non-digestible by your body (not converted into glucose by digestion). Fiber grams are an example of the carbs that are non-digestible. They are good for everyone and very good for T2 diabetics. However a food with a low fiber gram count does not do much to reduce carb grams. You want high fiber grams in your food servings, for instance 5 grams or more. Buy some flax seeds and a grinder. Grind those seeds and add them to food and drinks. There is a reason T2 diabetics are urged not to drink much alcohol. We need to worry about non-alcoholic fatty liver (NAFL) disease even if we do not drink any alcohol. Drinking alcohol increases your chances of getting fatty liver disease as it causes alcoholic fatty liver (AFL) disease. A fatty liver is bad bad bad. Why do T2 diabetics have fatty liver problems? Because excess glucose in the blood is stored as fat (glycogen) in the liver. There is a metabolic reason for this in healthy people: the glycogen is converted back to blood glucose during prolonged fasting periods, such as sleeping for 8 hours to prevent low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Type 1 diabetics who use insulin have to worry about hypoglycemia which can be fatal. Lastly, there is the problem caused by eating too much food containing sugar alcohols. It causes diarrhea. Not fun is an understatement. We T2 diabetics have got problems up the kazoo, here, there, and everywhere. Overall, a tasty keto granola but not the solution to my T2 diabetic problems. It's hard to stop eating this!
If you're like me and you eat low-carb...and you miss eating cereal every morning... this keto granola is the answer. I really love the chocolate hazelnut flavor...yummm.... I honestly look forward to breakfast every day. They use monkfruit and erythritol as sweeteners, which I personally enjoy. I can't stand the taste of stevia and I will NEVER AGAIN consume artificial sweeteners, since Splenda caused neuropathy in both of my feet (Splenda is toxic to nerves, google it -- you'll see). So it's important for me to have a delicious and satisfying cereal that's VERY LOW carb and does NOT contain artificial sweeteners OR stevia. The serving size is 1/3 cup, which doesn't look like much in my bowl... but since it's all nuts and coconut, you chew and chew and it really fills you up. And I'm not hungry an hour later. I do find myself wanting another bowl for lunch or an evening snack, but I have to restrain myself... consuming too many nuts in one day means I'll be in the bathroom a lot, LOL. Yes it's on the expensive side, and there are only 9 servings in the bag (so 9 breakfasts)......but it's worth it for me to have a cereal that meets all my criteria. Hallelujah ; )

Good taste but very flakey, shreds texture
I like the taste and ingredients, but this is shreds more than traditional granola. Not much crunch, more like shreds. It is gluten free so that’s great.
