Wow, wow, wow! This vitamin is amazing! I have been giving it to my almost 13 year old for about a year now as I wanted to be proactive in the health of her growing into a teen, there's so many multivitamins for kids and women, but I have never seen ones specifically for the teen years. These have been amazing because I can see clearly effects when she doesn't take it for a while. When we are consistent, it helps emotional regulation, improves her focus, helped her skin improve I can't say it got rid of acne (she doesn't have much) but it definitely seems less than it was a year ago when it should be getting worse by all means. Thankfully my daughter prefers capsules because she is quite picky with gummies, so I intentionally looked for capsule vitamins as she can't stomach gummies. All that kept in mind, price isn't terrible with all the benefits. I am also quite impressed by the fact that they have third party research backing for the vitamins. I do give her elderberry as well for extra immune support and occasionally extra iron (very important for a young lady). I bought these for my 15 yr old daughter. As we all know, teenagers are the worst at caring for thier health. My daughter was always so sleepy and lazy, not very driven to do much. I bought these and saw a complete turn around. She doesn't go right to sleep after school, her appetite had increased, she's more focused in school and has raised her grades. But most importantly, SHE loves how's she feels when she takes her vitamins. She says she doesn't wake up tired in the morning which in turn, has her moving at a good pace and out the door in time for school, with breakfast! No more laziness, she's driven, she's present, and she is doing way better....guys as anything new we introduce, our bodies need time to adjust. We started buying this as a what we feel is a high quality, bioavailable multivitamin for our teen. We hoped to reap benefits for adhd as well. While I can’t prove anything with this, I know my child’s attention span improved. Maybe this is attributable to some other factor, I’m not sure. So this is just an opinion. But I do believe optimal nutrition is a big component. Who knows. The capsules are a medium size and easy to swallow but have a unique smell. It took a while for my kiddo to get used to that but they did adjust after a few weeks. Overall I think these are doing just great and we have no ill side effects
