Used once and WOW it's good!
Update: I want to use this every night so I’m using my favorite film material to create new filling for it. I like the acupressure and general shape so I will keep the cover. I also want to mention that I have a big neck that’s about 17 inches circumference. I’ll attach a picture or video of what it looks like after about a year. I have tried so many pillows and found that alternating between them helps a bit, but still have struggled with pain and migraines. I see a chiropractor at least once a week and that helps, but having the right pillow setup will also help prevent needing extra visits. I read a few reviews and stuff but the shape and my experience with acupressure in the past led me to wantign to try this. I used the pokey side for 10 minutes (set a timer) and it was comfy to me (I've used acupressure before so nbd but fyi if it's your first time, your response may vary.) After that 10 minutes, I flipped it over so I had the same shape for support (minus the curve) and it was great. In the morning, I used the pokey side for 10 minutes again. Significantly reduced pain with pretty much one use for me. I look forward to using it again tonight! (Another note about the shape: I hate how most pillows will make it feel like i'm tucking my chin against my chest. This one doesn't do that-- it's even better than my cervical pillow that's like a 4" cylinder, of which I have a few. I use one of those under my lower back and then a larger one for under my knees.) I hope this helps folks with their decisions! I plan to update at some point too.

Love this Pillow
This is my new nightly pillow, it's perfect for my neck and shoulders. I've had quite a few acupressure pillows and the shape of this one is ideal to target my neck, which is my trouble area. I've seen some reviews saying the spikes are too hard, but hey...it's acupressure it will feel a bit hard at first. In my experience many of these type of pillows and mats feel hard at first, but if I try to relax (and not tense up) within a few minutes I've become so relaxed I fall asleep. This pillow is just right for my neck and when I'm done with the spike side I just turn the pillow over and the wedge is great as a neck rest while sleeping.

The Plastic pieces are Sharp
The plastic pieces are sharp and uncomfortable. Also, don't put it in the washer ...not sure why I felt the need to do that...but anyway if I were you I wouldn't.

Temporary pressure relief, haven't seen long term benefit
Wasn't sure what to expect of this since it just has plastic pressure points and not anything that actually massages. The pressure points feel nice and after I lay on it for 10-15 minutes I do feel very relaxed and feel like there is some pressure off my neck where it's typally sore. However this is temporary, I really haven't noticed long term sustained effects. Since it is advertised as just "pressure" and the price is fair, I feel I got what I paid for even though it hasn't personally shown me huge benefit.

Returned
I bought this thinking it would help with my neck/migraine pains, but the spikes were so uncomfortable and not acupuncture-like. They actually hurt to rest my head on.

Good for neck tension
Good quality; comfortable; good size; helps with my neck muscle pain from tension (work stress).

Overpriced
It feels good but it's wildly over-priced.

Amazing. I love. I sometimes sleep on it. Use for neck pain or spawning legs
