Dynacraft Jurassic World Bike

UPDATE - I was able to reach Dynacraft customer service on the 800 number finally. The customer service rep was polite, to the point, and within a couple minutes got me a replacement part ordered. I received it within a couple days, and now the bike is working great. I appreciate Dynacraft standing behind their product, I will buy from them again.ORIGINAL - I purchased this bike for my 4-year old son. He was so excited when he saw the dino theme and looks of the bike. Unfortunately, upon trying to put it together I noticed that the thread hole for the left pedal was defective, and no matter what I tried, refused to accept the left pedal screw. I noticed others had the same issue, I started a "case" on their website several days ago and have had no response. The 800 number rings endlessly. I will update my review when Dynacraft supports their product and reaches back out to me.

My 4 yo loves it he is 40in tall and he is just a hair to small but he can get on so we're all good. Has an adorable dino roar horn. Easy to put together 2 hands required lol.

I was my nephew 7 bday and is Obsessed with dinosaurs and this bike was a must he rides it everyday and loves it .. I thought he would have been too big but if was perfect fit

Instructions were clear, although the let’s are pretty easy to see which goes where. Took me 20 minutes to assemble. The screeching dinosaur on the handle is awesome. My son loves the bike.

I bought this 16" bike for a 6-year child who requested a bike from the Salvation Army Angel Tree program. After checking Target and finding out that their stock of bikes was wiped out on Black Friday, I decided to order one on line to avoid having to take a physical trip to Walmart in search of a bike and finding limited selections. After researching the many different options on Amazon, I noticed that there were a lot of reports of paint being scratched, sometimes missing nuts and other parts, but I decided to take the chance anyway. And lo and behold, as my luck would have it, not only was the paint on the handle bar scratched, a crucial nut to connect the front wheel to the frame was missing. The bike was delivered in the middle of the work week so we didn't have the chance to put the bike together until Saturday when the Angel Tree gifts were due. So we rushed down to the hardware store before heading down to the mall to drop off the bike, but all the different nuts we tried would not fit properly and we couldn't complete putting the bike together. So on a Saturday afternoon I had to rush down to Walmart and fight the crowds to purchase another bike and matching helmet to fulfill this child's wish. Upon speaking to the guy at Walmart who put their bikes together, I found out why the nuts we found at the hardware store wouldn't fit - since all these bikes come in from China, the nuts are in metric and we need to find a similar sized metric nut. Ugh!!! Now I have an extra bike with a missing nut that will need to be saved until next year - that is if i'm able to find a nut that will fit.

Son loves his new bike... now if only he'd actually be interested in trying to ride it....Minus a star for lack of grease (didn't come with any but said to use some on all the attachments), and for the flimsy plastic shields. Bike still looks great though.

Bought this for my son for his 4th birthday and he loves it! My husband put it together so I can’t speak to how easy assembly was but he didn’t complain and it didn’t seem to take him long. My 4 yr old fits great on the bike (he’s very tall for his age) and he loves the dinosaurs on it. Good buy!

Both my son and I love the design of the bike. Straight out of the box it was super easy to put together. It rides well and my son loves it. As far as safety goes, all of the reflectors of the bike were missing!!! I made sure they didn't get misplaced by me, but no, they didn't come with the bike. Kind of a safety hazard not to pack the reflectors with this bike. Other than that, this was a good purchase.
