Arabian Nights Usborne Illustrated - Anna Milbourne

Usborne books are truly the best for ages 8 and up. Read this as a kid. Finally arrived after 2 1/2 months. Was in great condition, nicely packed. Still puzzles me why it took 2 1/2 months.

Anna Milbourne has done great work with these stories in this retelling for younger kids! Usborne's Illustrations add another layer that engage you with the story!

I ordered it for my grandchildren and read it myself in one sitting :-) . The pictures are beautiful keeping even the younger ones engaged. The stories are told tenderly and not too scary, also suitable for younger audience, good selection of words to build vocabulary. Highly recommend!

Great first exposure to Arabian nights. My kids are 4yo and 6yo - they loved it. The pictures in it were illustrated beautifully, but I wish there were more pictures.

Gorgeous book. Nice try Osborne trying to make these stories accessible to children. It is just very hard to coverup the violence to woman thing, but they tried.

Terrific book for children from 8 to preteen. Our granddaughter loves all of the Usborne books!

The only thing that could make this book better is if it was a complete edition, nonetheless my children and I love the tales.
