This helps so that if you miss a day your body won't revert to bad digestion. With the other brands, you have to take it every day. I also appreciate the vegetable capsule. So many of the other quality probiotics use gel caps, which I don't use since they are made from animal products. Another reviewer wondered about the storing of this product. I talked to a person at Sprouts, the grocery store where I bought this, and she told me that the door of my fridge was best. I've been doing that and have had no problems. I'd recommend this for people who have problems with digestion--pain, gas, bloating, etc. I don't have those problems now.
