Our recipe follows the traditions for real kefir, by nurturing the kefir grains and fermenting in small batches to make the highest quality drink. Fermentation transforms the goats milk, enriching it with a naturally occurring diverse range of gut friendly micro-organisms including Lactic Acid Bacteria, Lactococcus strains, Saccharomyces yeasts and Kefiran. Goats kefir is suitable for all ages from 12 months. Enjoy as it is, or blend with fruits for a delicious smoothie. We produce all our kefir drinks from start to finish at our dairy in South London.
