Incredibly poor packaging and missing parts—twice!
The listing claims a battery is included, but my item arrived completely bare with no box, no double-sided tape, and no instructions. I had to look up YouTube tutorials just to figure out how to use it. To make matters worse, it doesn't take standard AA or AAA batteries; it requires a specific 12V 23A battery that I now have to order separately. Thinking the first missing battery was a fluke, I requested a replacement, but the second unit arrived exactly the same way—loose, poorly protected by a single piece of tape, and still missing the battery. Save your time and money.
