This stuff is the truth!!I have used a lot of different hand cleaners, but this one takes the cake in term of effectiveness and cost.I am a mechanic and I always forget to put my gloves on before I start working on a dirty project. So when I am finally done, its always a huge task to get my hands looking like there wasn't over 9000 pounds of grease on my arms and hands.So to give you a idea of the different types of hand cleaner I have used so when I express my Joy of this product you don't just think I am using regular hand soap haha.All of your basic store bought stuff (Gojo, Lava, Goop , permatex, etc etc)Out of all the store bought stuff, I like Orange Clean with pumice by Permatex, but its only good for lightly dirty hands IMOZep TKO: this stuff works good, but the cost is very high.WORX All Natural Powdered Hand Soap: This stuff works pretty good as well, but the cost is a little more and I it can be hard to control how much you pour out of the container.VIVA GREEN!My hands have lots of grooves in them from all of the callouses I have on my hands. Most of the soaps I need a little brush to get all of the grease off of my hands, if I don't use it, my hands always have stuff on them. With VIVA GREEN, I don't need a brush and one application is 95% enough to have my hands thoroughly cleaned (As long as I don't miss a spot haha).I plan on buying more of this stuff because of how good it works and I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Product works where Lava soap doesn't.

Excellent product. Leaves my hands cleaner than other goop & without that residue some leave behind. This rinses off & lathers with water so if you need a waterless cleaner this isn't for you. Company is a little over solicitous for feedback but better they care than not at all. I'll be buying more in the future.

I bought this a few months ago because I was looking for something safe and organic to have in my home so I can clean up after work. I've used countless of other products at shops and at home. This one is by far one of the most effective ones I've used.Only one problem.It's seems to good to be true. It's not labeled as far as ingredients or what's in it. So it leaves me a little skeptical. That's why it gets 4 stars.Update: 3/14/16Due to my prior review I was offered A discount for future orders. upon re-ordering this product I have learned that the Codes were invalid. I spoke to customer service and they advised me due to recent fraud and overuse of promotions they could not do anything for me. So why did you offer a discount in the first place? Needless to say I had to re-order the product without the promotion; because I really liked it however I am not fond of how they handle things. I feel they aren't very creditable or honest.

I'm not sure if I can write a review for this hand cleaner that does it justice but here goes.I have never in 25 years of being a shade tree mechanic found a heavy duty hand cleaner as good as this one.I have used the orange pumice and goo in tubs to harsh automotive cleaning chemicals that turn your hands into dried chalk and none have done a better job than this cleaner.Viva green with walnut shell removes bearing grease brake crud old caked on motor gunk and everything else I have run into.To boot the stuff smells pretty good and leaves your hands moisturized and feeling great instead of raw sore and dry.If you follow the directions of putting a blob in your hands while dry rubbing around like your washing your hands and then adding a LITTLE water to scrub all over it works like magic.The key is to start with hands dry not wet with water first then just add splashes of water to help work the cleaner around and then rinse off.POOF clean hands.Awesome hand cleaner without a doubt the best I have ever tried.

The very best greasy hand cleaner I have ever used. Poor rating because of the container. It needs to be a pump. The plastic bottle gets filthy from your dirty hands and after about 1/4 of usage top won't close fully. Like earlier post, it unbelievably leaves your hand completely clean and NOT fealing dried out. After you wash your hands off and dry them they feel great and there is virtually no odor.

Great hand cleaner that doesn't dry out your hands like orange stuff and does a great job of cleaning.It's a little more gritty and dry than I would like but I think I've become so accustomed to the hand cleaner that the uniform companies sell to my work. However this is the closest that I've found to that. I've found mixing this with a little dawn dish soap gives it the right consistency to spread up your arms to your elbows if need be.I'll definitely be buying more.

Best hand cleaner ever. I purchased this after using another walnut shell based hand cleaner at work (Shell Shocked Supreme from a company in NY, but I couldn't find it to buy). I work in a male dominated industry as a mechanic. I hate hate HATE wearing gloves so I am always dirty with black grease. Greasy, grimy and kinda gross. I also hate the pasty hand cleaners like GoJo and Goop. They are slimy and leave my hands dried out and feeling scummy. I love this Viva Green stuff. It used to take me a good 8 to 10 minutes to wash my hands and forearms with other hand cleaners, soap, nail brush and washcloth. I use about a quarter coin size of Viva and rub it in well, adding a little water as I go and it rinses clean. CLEAN I tell you! With one washing! I do follow up with a nail brush and liquid dial hand soap to get my fingernails clean. The whole process takes about 3 minutes now and I'm not red and raw from scrubbing. The Viva is moisturizing too... yay, bonus! It has a light scent, I find it pleasant though I can't pinpoint what it smells like exactly. Try it, you won't be disappointed. THIS woman is a customer for life!
