The best rush cream ever

This cream is by far the best. I’ve used this for over 13 years with all my children. My husband has even used it after a bike ride which caused friction burns. It instantly puts a barrier between the skin and nappy/clothing. I can pop it on first thing in the morning and 12 hours later the skin has almost fully healed. Worth every penny! The only downside is the metal tube it’s in. Wish it could be a little pot as it’s always hard when the tube comes to the end to get the remaining product out.

Excellent product. You only need a very small pea sized amount. Doesn’t come off finger easily and gets under nails. Also stains clothes. So have a wipe ready immediately as you can’t leave in that instance to wash hands. Wish there was a spray so no one had to put it on their fingers.

Novel use as saddle cream for cycling - years ago I had a free sample of a saddle cream from a French event, and it was very effective, but when it ran out it was impossible to replace, so explored a replacement with similar constitution with a pharmacist, and Metanium was the answer. Never looked elsewhere since as it works brilliantly as a saddle cream.

The only cream I will use if my daughter has nappy rash. Gets it cleared up in no time at all would highly recommend! Be careful though as if you get it on your clothes it stains!

Very good

This is useful for irritation andyouonly need a little at one time, so it lasts. However it doesn't rub in well and if it gets on anything it's hard to get it off.

Brilliant stuff for nappy rash. It's a small tube - I wish they did a larger size. A bit pricey for the small amount, but when I buy it at the local supermarket I pay an average of 3 pounds upwards and unfortunately you can't buy it everywhere either. It reminds me of a cream I used to buy in Germany. It's yeasty and doesn't smell that great, but it does do the job when you have a kid who gets nappy rash because they have super sensitive skin.
