I really like the latch that locks it closed to prevent accidental openings. If you don't carry a lot of things in your pockets, it can fit in your pocket... it's about the size of a fully stuffed wallet. Otherwise, it easily stores in a backpack or purse, etc. The case itself is very sturdy and durable plastic. My only "con," if there is any, is that the compartments are a little shallow. But there's enough of them for me to split up my medications and supplements and the sticker labels really help with that (I take quite a few, including some that are rather large, like vitamin C capsules).
