A: no ... its empty

it is not strong enough to hold liquids unless you seal the cork

**Q: Can the chain anchor be removed from the cork?**
A: Had to look at mine, but yes, it will. It will leave a hole but you could cover that with wood putty or something.

**Q: Is the cork removable?**
A: Yes, the cork can be taken out. You could even put something, not a lot, but a little something in the bottle. Hope this helped!
