Chives are more subtle than green onions and perfect for my use as a sprinkle topper for noodles, both ramen and fresh. I will never be able to keep fresh ones around so these are very handy. Before ordering, I was concerned that it was only 0.2 oz, but there is plenty in the 5"x2" container as it is freeze-dried and very light.
