Works well so far. It's kind of a shiny metallic silver color if that matter to you. If it doesn't hold up, I'll update the review. I used it for the space between my garage apron and slab to keep water from running down in-between the two.

Professional grade.
Used this sealant to repair a few cracks around my concrete steps and seal some joints on an exterior wall. The application was straightforward, and the material came out of the cartridge smoothly without making a mess. It adhered very well to concrete and metal surfaces without needing any extra prep work. Once cured, it remained flexible while creating a strong, weatherproof seal. After a few days of rain and temperature changes, everything still looks great with no signs of cracking or shrinking.
