Durable and great quality!
I was hesitant to purchase this soap dispenser not sure it would match well enough with my previous one that had stopped pumping after several years, and it was priced a little higher than many of the others. However it is great, a perfect match to my faucet. It seems very well made and has a very smooth mechanism when pumping the soap. Very sturdy when installed and no wiggle or looseness when using the pump. I am happy with the purchase and highly recommend this brand. If you need a replacement for your soap dispenser, this is a good one!

Better quality
Better quality than the less expensive no-name one I tried first, which had to return as thread stripped. This one is better made, but haven't used long enough to see how it holds up.

Leaks
Love the look of this soap dispenser, however after dispensing soap, it continues to leak into the sink long after use. This is enough of an annoyance, that I may end up returning. UPDATE: I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement...This one leaks too. Now after all these years and wasted dish soap, I am replacing with another brand.

NOT FUNCTIONING
UPDATE: KRAUS SOAP DESPENSER is now an absolute POS. It became locked due to vacuum problems and now does not function! So, now its quality is a ZERO, its durability is a ZERO, it's value for the money is a ZERO, but it looks good to plug the hole near the faucet. Now it's rating is ONE STAR MINUS ONE STAR; you do the math. ORIGINAL: The quality seems fine as the good functionality attests, but it is early in its life, so time will tell. I cannot speak on its durability yet, but a review in the future may be possible.

Viene incompleto
No lo voy a poder usar, ya que llegó incompleto. Faltó la parte "d" que es la tuerca que aprieta el dispensador.
