It was and still is very comfortable to wear, even wearing it all day long and into the later evening hours. The waist slimming effect is instantaneous whether worn under skirts or dresses.The long length of the cincher's hook-n-eye closure ensures a good even fit and given its two rows of eyelets, the fit is adjustable as well. I wore the cincher on it's "normal / loosest" setting and was quite pleased with the comfort and waist reduction. The fit is adjustable due to it's additional 2nd row of eyelets that are spaced about 15mm inward. So, fastening the cincher on its tightest setting will yield further slimming but to me, wasn't necessary as the normal setting did the job well and as shared earlier, wearing it for 12+ hours was no problem at all.For me, the most visually noticeable slimming / waist reduction effect I've had is when I wear the cincher under form fitting, high waist jeans with heels and a tucked in turtleneck sweater or other similar top that is tucked in.
