The lightning plug is too wide. It would not fit in all of my iphones without removing the case. 2. The battery does not automatically power on when the device is plugged in. My other battery powers itself once a device is plugged in. 3. The power button is tiny and is nearly hidden. It is hard to find and hard to press ino. All the features that this battery offers, I am unable to use. I can only use it by connecting a separate lightning cable to my iphone. You are better off buying a 5000 ma battery from Walmart for $10.
