Beautiful book

I’m really enjoying this Time for Tea book, interesting information and lovely recipes to go with the teas or use in recipes. I like the set out in the book, “cup for every occasion” some funny pictures create a relaxing read. Page ribbon is useful as having it as a table book. There teas have always been enjoyable in daily life and it’s nice to have recipes to compliment each other.

I bought this book for my nephews birthday he loved it and enjoys reading it and has used some of the reciped

I bought this for my daughter for her birthday. It was a great reminder of the time when we both worked in London and we would go for a champagne afternoon tea at Fortnums on her birthday. She was delighted with the book and was already planning which recipes she was going to try.

Molto interessante, presentazione della storia del tè curata ma non pedante, anzi piena di humor e vignette molto British, belle illustrazioni. Al mio attivo solo una ricetta per ora e venuta alla perfezione. Secondo me fantastico per un regalo perché è un libro elegante.

One of the best tea books as far as information!! I own a lot of tea books, mainly for the recipes. I bought this one for the name on the cover ( Fortnum and Mason),but never expected there to be so much information. You learn history on tea, it’s production, terroir, and recipes! I am a tea person, and if you are too, this is one book is for your book collection. The recipes are also very different from the others, more high tea recipes, less scones, more main dishes.

Un gran libro para amantes del té. Muy interesante toda la historia y muy didáctico para aprenderlo todo. Además, hay recetas muy sencillas y de gran resultado. Muy recomendable si quieres aprender y sorprender
