Don’t know why I waited so long
I’ve had COC grippers for years and made my own make shift weighted holders. Finally I broke down and purchased the silver bullet, like the title says I don’t know why I waited so long! Build quality is top notch just as all iron mind products are. Just a different and noticeable feel while using the silver bullet. Highly recommended addition to any gripsters toolbox of equipment.

What a Cool Bullet
Adds an interesting way to work the grip. It's really cool how the slightest movement causes the bullet to drop. When I first started using it I thought, this is easy. I thought I could hold it forever but then ten to fifteen seconds go by and the bullet suddenly drops. So cool! Will add this to my training for sure.

What a great way to finish a workout
What a great way to finish a workout...timed holds using the CoC Silver Bullet. I look forward to moving up in weight and eventually using heavier grippers with it.
