I've been using them for a while now everyday and have really enjoyed using them. Very good quality, easy to use. I am no sporting expert and when I was choosing which resistant bands to use at first I questioned if I should buy fabric or elastic bands and I must say go with elastic they have more resistance than the others. I personally love this item and another good thing is I can see them lasting a long time. They come very quickly and they all come in a pouch to store them in which is very nice. Overall I can't see anything wrong with them, great product.

Very pleased and so is my 16yr old daughter. The bands dont look very thick but seem well made. Love the little black bag that comes with the bands, makes it convenient and compact to use anywhere.

The bands are nice and feel to be good quality. Instructions are clear to use and the bag to hold/store the bands is handy. The bands are a bit light so don't expect a lot of resistance but overall they are good

This is just what I want. I didn't think there are five in a package, and there are four levels of elasticity, light, medium, heavy, very heavy. There are also four colors. So far I've only used the light one. It's slightly elastic and I use it for stretching. These five are the same thickness. The material of them is likely to make swimming caps, a kind of rubber I think. It's not heavy, but it's very elastic. I feel resistance when I stretch. Stretch to about 70cm with my maximum strength. Strongly resilient. I don't know if it will loosen after a long time. But I still have four more to use.

I used them for Resistance workouts. They have good strength and a moderate grip. I also like how they have different levels of resistance and the bright colours are great for distinguishing that. They are good quality for the price that I bought them in. The only downside for me is that they slip and roll so it interferes in my workout.

This product is great for working out! Especially whilst being in quarantine, it helps to pass time and they're quite easy to use. The quality of each band is great and you can really see the difference between each weight. I highly recommend!

After doing a lot of research into resistance bands, I bought these. They aren’t costly and they have a lifetime warranty so you can’t go wrong really. Great little carry pouch and comfortable to use. Good quality feel to them. Would recommend!

The band set were a great price and useful for multiple upper and lower body exercises. They are a bit shorter in length than others i have used so require a bit of thought figuring out different ways of working out certain muscles but there is a helpful short guide included to provide tips. Perfect for lockdown/home exercise!

El envio muy rápido. El material perfecto, impecable. Es de fácil uso y te trae algunas instrucciones de ejercicios practicables. El material es muy agradable no hace daño.

Queste bande elastiche sono veramente ottime. Io sono abbastanza allenata per cui ho comiciato subito dalla resistenza medium alla x-heavy. Le bande più leggere sono invece ottime per i principianti, le persone anziane che vogliono mantenere attive le articolazioni con esercizi semplici e ovviamente per la riabilitazione. Le trovo molto resistenti, anche la x-heavy ha un buon range di allungamento, non mostrano segni di usura dopo tanti allenamenti e non sanno proprio l’impressione di rompersi da un momento all’altro. Arrivano con piccolo manuale in cui sono mostrati alcuni esercizi da poter eseguire per le varie parti del corpo e con un pratico sacchettino a rete per riporle e portarle con sè nella borsa della palestra. Sono molto soddisfatta e le consiglio.

Gutes Set mit vielfältigen Widerständen, zum Trainieren geeignet. An sich halten sie ganz gut. Je nach Übung drehen sie sich aber bei zu hoher Spannung ein, wenn die Kontaktstelle nicht genug Gripp gibt. Sind auch etwas dünner als abgebildet.
