I always read reviews, but never leave them. Kind of like family Christmas cards. Anyway, this product will always be a staple at my house. I've been wearing patchouli since I was 15 years old. As I approach 50, it's my signature scent. The expensive perfumes I wear (Coco Mademoiselle, Calvin Klein Euphoria) have patchouli in them and I love to add a little extra. This is a staple in my beauty kit.

I wear my Patchouli body spray almost every day. Several times strangers have stopped me to ask what I am wearing. Some have even stated that the scent reminds them of their younger days, which, ironically is the reason I wear it. The bottle is small, but you don't need a lot to make a good impression. It's is applied by use of a pump top, which sprays just the right amount. The bottle is dark, thus protecting the oil in the bottle so it doesn't lose strength.

Love the smell and quality of this. I use for multi purposes. As a body spray I get tons of compliments. Love to spray on my shower curtain as well for a wonderfully scented relaxing shower. Not over powering, it’s just right! Lasts a long time!

I loved the packaging and the little notes. It definitely made my day. The spray itself however, is a little strong. It kind of smells like a rainbow festival. I found that mixing it with a couple drops of Sandalwood with neroli oil makes the scent a little more rounded. I love it though and will definitely order from Frankie and Myrr again.

My mom was a 1960's hippie who actually lived in the Haight during the Summer of Love, so the earthy sensual delight of good patchouli on a clean body is pure pleasure for me. However, i am sympathetic to haters, since cheap head store patchouli on unwashed bodies can absolutely be revolting. Frankie&Myrrh do a fine job of using a very good patchouli along with some neutral oils(tho i do detect a bit of sweetness from the coconut oil) and distilled water to dilute the night soil essence that most dark patchouli has, i dont mind that dark smell, but tons of folks abhor it. I'll be trying their patchouli and grapefruit blend next, as i often mix my patchouli with various very opposite fragrances i already own, like a rather expensive Jo Malone Earl Grey, and a cheap Creemo spice and black vanilla, to great effect and many compliment.

This was the worse I ever had! I threw my bottle away it smelled fruity and didnt last. Me personally wouldn't recommend this. My own opinion!

I'm a patchouli wearer from way back. I always loved the company's product, but lately the items sent from Amazon smell evaporated , there's barely any scent and it's doesn't last. Are these Frankie & Myrrh products sitting on a shelf to long?? I'm going to order directly off the site to test. , sad becuase i love this product, but i wont purchase it on Amazon again

Extremely pleased with this. I've been wearing Patchouli by Molinard and other perfume/eau de toilette concentrations with patchouli notes, but wanted to try some straight up patchouli oil like the stuff I would smell at psychedelic music fests in Appalachia. That's right, I wanted to go full on dirty hippie smell, and this stuff DELIVERS. I'd say it's on the "spicier" spectrum of patchouli. A lot of patchouli incense and perfume out there balances it out with a bit of vanilla to sweeten and soften the scent, but this stuff is raw. It's not sharp, it's just like walking into a dank dungeon covered in moss, mushrooms and snails, or maybe the reptile section of a pet store heavy with the aroma of old wood-chips and slithering things. Love it! If there's a scent out there that smells the way the 1970s Rankin Bass animated version of The Hobbit looks, this is it!
