One of the best risotto. I cooked the yellow one. Don't have to stir done in 20 minutes. I have tried other brands and those came out mushy, not alessi.

Risotto that fit my standards
I really enjoyed Alessi. I’ll find I find it’s really good and I like risotto Italian food so it fit the Bill. I’ve been looking for risotto for a long time and this is the first time I found something that that fit my standards.
