How do people get in???

I just stepped in with one foot at a time. It's not so tall that you can't get in it. The top will bend down a little bit if your short. Or you can use a stool. It's not hard to get in and out as long as you have something to hang on to for support.

Our barthtub is BPA Free,our material is good quality and environmentally friendly.

I want to connect drain hose to drain water more easily. how much inch is used for this ? the valve spec is 1/2" so can i use 1/2" drain hose ?

Before installing the drainer,the hole inside is 1/2" Dia,and the outside is 3/4" Dia . The drainer ouside is about 1 3/16" Dia, and inside is 3/4" Dia. So if you don't use the drainer, the pipe should be about 3/4" inside Dia.

How to substitute broken Frame pipes?

Take a non broken or broken pipe to your local hardware store. Match up the diameter and cut to length
