I personally prefer the silver tone hardware. I also choose to keep the shorter shoulder strap attached for versatility if I need to carry something else in my hands. It does come with a longer shoulder strap as well! This brand has come a long way! This bag is fully lined with a nice quality satin. I like the outer zip compartment on the back. As you can see from the photos it has ample interior room, with a major zippered compartment that divides the interior. I prefer to keep my wallet in there so if I have the purse unzipped it is not easy for it to spill out or be pickpocketed. On one side is ample room and 2 small β€œsleeves” to place glasses , phone or sunglasses in. The other side is also spacious and has yet another smaller zipper compartment!
