I love it and I ain't a kid...........
As a 41 year old father of 2 I've always wanted to mess about on scooters with the kids but never liked the ride of the small hard wheel scooters on sale. Saw this and thought that looks a lot more comfortable. Assembly will take some time if you've never messed about with bikes before, but if you know the basics about 30 minutes and you'll be done. Took me about 20 mins to build and another 5 or so after a little ride to adjust the brakes. Assembly instructions aren't the best but there's loads of build videos on youtube and the instruction video on the amazon product page is pretty good as well. Quality of the scooter seems pretty good and all parts fitted together with no issues. Design of the scooter is very nice I really like the black with the light blue trim. Size and weight limits- I am quite wide shouldered and at just over 6ft and 15 stone I was a little concerned about the scooter but so far it seems to be pretty strong. I would be confident to ride this even if I was over the max suggested weight limit of 100kg. The build is very similar to a BMX with pretty decent looking welds and strengthening. I do dwarf the scooter a little bit so if you are taller than me then you may want to find a slightly bigger one or get used to scooting around slightly hunched over. Only issue so far is that I'm finding it quite hard to actually have a go on it as the kids keep taking it......... One final point i would like to make is- as the front is actually just a BMX frame you could always change out the front forks and put an even bigger wheel on there. or like I am thinking of doing putting a front fork from my old bike on there for the suspension (only problem old bike was black and orange so I'll have to spray it as well.)

So far, so good!
Had a quick test run this morning. It's so much smoother than my old solid-wheeled scooter! The brakes are ok, but not fantastic. Better than a scooter where you push down a pedal onto the back wheel though. I guess I'm just used to the disc brakes on my bicycle. Easy to assemble if you're at all familiar with bikes. It's just attaching the front wheel and handlebars, and setting up the brakes. I didn't need the instructions. The stand just about holds it upright. It could do with being half an inch longer. You can adjust the ground clearance which is a nice feature. It's a faff though, since it'll involve removing the back wheel and readjusting the brakes. You'll need your own spanners. The supplied one didn't fit one of the nuts! The allen key was ok though. If I could improve one thing, I'd make the handlebar stem longer. An extra 10 cm would be awesome, but I'm quite tall at 185cm (6'2").

Excellent scooter
I bought this for my son’s birthday and he loves it! A bit of a mission to assemble but once done a sturdy scooter! My son absolutely loves it!

good starting point but has some major flaws
bought for my 7 year old, the good The frame is solid and will outlast the rest of the scooter. can be ridden by child up to adult smooth ride teal looks stunning against the black the bad both wheels buckled out of the box £40 later to our local bike shop and they are now straight. the axles were both loose allowing the wheel to wobble on the axle causing accelerated wear on the bearings. regardless of how tight the steering qui;; and stem steerer was tightened the handle bars would move out of alignment £25 upgrade brake levers cheap £30 to upgrade to all alloy bmx levers. handle grips not seated properly replaced with new better fitting grips. kick stand is useless don't bother fitting it. unless your handy with tools I would look at other brands. I'm lucky I know where to source quality parts from at a reasonable price. apart from straightening the wheels I could change every thing else myself.

Glad I bought this cute little guy!
I ordered this to spice up my lockdown exercise and bring some extra fun to it. (I’m 41 for goodness sake!) But I don’t care. I had already read reviews they said it was hard to assemble and decided thst I would take it to a local bike shop to put it together for me. They did and it cost £40. In my mind, it was worth it. No hassle and they’re very used to constructing bikes and breaks etc... They did a super job. I also bought myself a helmet from them! I went for a lovely scoot the next day. It’s a lot of fun on the downhills. I feel like my right quad is going to be super muscly because it’s enhanced the whole time you’re scooting and works much harder than the leg that propels you. So I’m 5’7” and weigh 10.5st. I don’t think you could be much taller and comfortably scoot on this but I reckon the scooter could easily take another stone or two. The tyres are solid. You just need a decent sense of balance. All in all, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s quite big, but it fits in my VW van easily and wouldn’t be hard to put in a normal car, you might have to put the back seats down. It doesn’t fold like other scooters. It’s a rigid structure. I love the colour. That’s great. The stand is useful but the front tyre needs to be aligned with the back otherwise it will tip. I would lean It against something if you can. You can’t fail to ha e fun on this cheeky little scooter. It’s a cheap alternative to a bike and just a bit of fun. Nice to throw in the car and go somewhere different for a new scoot adventure (when we’re allowed!). So my advice - get it professionally put together and factor that into the purchase price. Then have fun!!!!!

Terrible product
Absolutely terrible. You have to set the brakes up yourself and they are such poor quality that they cannot be setup properly and correctly balanced. They either rub on the rim or just do not work at all. Now I have to spend more money and put quality brakes on it!!!

Please check the whole item over upon delivery.
Item arrived damaged. Scratches on the paint work, decals scratched. Possibly from under adequate packaging. Frame work for rear wheel bent. The kick stand is also useless as the leg for it seems a bit to short and allows the scooter to fall over all the time without having to rest it against something. Assembly instructions also not particularly great. Especially when it comes to assembling and adjusting the brakes. If you haven't got much bike knowledge then I'd suggest getting bit assembled professionally. Overall it seems sturdy and solid. However certain items do let it down.

Get fit!
Took this thing out 3 months straight to the park last summer. My legs now look like a horse! LOL Perfect workout and catching air while you work. smooth ride and its fast if you build it right! Easy to maintain but hard to hide it from your nieces and nephews! Watch your back if you have kids. They gonna steal it!

Satisfaite
