Cheap products always come with extra effort. In this machine's case, it's the polishing pads. With that being said, it's super powerful. That's why I'm giving 5 stars. This unit has plenty of torque. So much torque that the polishing pads that came with it just can't handle it. In my opinion, that is a welcomed issue to have.
