And very easy to install in less than 5 mins. One of my favorite things about this product is that it makes my gun sit very low in my waist so even when I'm wearing a thin tshirt and jeans and my tshirt blows up you can't really see my weapon. Another great thing about this product is not getting the added bulk that you would get from any holster. The clip is pretty snug when clipped on to your pants but it draws very easy with no pulling which I love. If you don't have one of these clips, get one!! I'm sure you'll love it. [REVIEW UPDATE: ] So I finally went to the shooting range with this product, the product serves it's purpose and is great for what it is, but the back plate that comes with this product wiggles, and there's no way to stop it, as it's slightly not wide enough to seat in tightly without wiggling, so its not as tight as a fit as it needs to be for shooting. With this being said it causes my bullets to nose dive and and jam my gun alot, when I changed the back plate back to the original I had no jams at all with my gun. My gun jammed so bad with this clip on that we had to take a rubber mallet to the gun to clear the Jams. So I will not be using this clip draw at all for that reason. Sad part is I love it so much, but if I was in a situation where I needed to defend myself, I could not be confident with my gun working properly because of the flaw in this product. I wear one every day, and I have broke the clip off a few times by snagging it. I just left the old plate on there a screwed a new clip on. I have noticed the strong side screw was loose last time I did this even with the lock washers on there, so I put a drop of loctite this time. But yes, see below, just take the factory rear slide plate off and install the plate that comes with it. It has two tapped screw holes that the clip screws into. **Q: Does this cover the chamber loaded indicator on the back of the slide?** A: If you mount on right hand side then yes the clip will extend and partially block the indicator. If this is an issue for you then you can work around it by using the clip on the left hand side. you could also use our universal Clipdraw for semi autos. That model can be mounted anywhere on the gun so you can work around the indicator when mounting the universal Clipdraw **Q: Will this fit the Smith and wesson SD9VE or SD40VE glock22 clone** A: I know the question is old but ppl were saying it's for Glocks. There's an option for s&w m&p. It's my understanding that the m&p & the sd9ve have the same back plate except for the m&p shield. It's different. **Q: is it real** A: The one I got was real nice. And the functionality is spot on perfect. If I had another 380 i would be buying another one of these clips. Threads are easy to cross thread. Just make sure everything goes in straight. Made the mistake of using metal pin to push clip pin out and bent it. New pins are soft and bend with to much force. It should be tight but slide threw.
