XXL Large Brown Plain Wooden Storage Box 40x30x24 cm

I have been looking for a bread bin, but they are not big enough for my family. Saw this box and I knew straight away, perfect. This easily fits 3 full sized loaves, baps, crumpets and more, ideal for my family of 9. We do go through a massive amount of sandwich''s. kids school lunch, and my lunch at work. Ideal box for us.

This is great. A proper solid, wooden box that comes already assembled. Exactly what I wanted and good price.

This box costing over £40 is very badly finished . The wood is rough and staining very poor . The whole box needs to be sanded and varnished properly. Big disappointment , not worth the money .

As title states it is what it is. However it leaves itself open to be so much more. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it is well made. The wood is rough and thin so a bit of sand paper and a bit of paint and stain would lift it no end. I inherited a large piece chess set and the pieces fit in it beautifully Also I intend to line it at some point. You could engrave or use pyrography on it or even stud it As mentioned it is just a box well made and does a job. Worth buying particularly if you are a little creative. Recommended

The construction of the box itself is quite nice. The wood is not thick but it is not bad. Unfortunately it is let down by poor finishing. The hinges are quite small flimsy and I suspect will need replacing quite soon. The finish to the wood is quite grainy, which means the surface requires a fair bit of TLC and sanding before paint is applies to get a good smooth finish. The product image used shows a very smooth opaque finish but the actual product finish had a very light colour wash finish meaning the gains and knots are very visible. Also what looks like a hinge in the photo is actually a small piece of ribbon which is stapled down. Overall for the price I really expected better, especially when paying extra for a painted finish.

Really cute!! Good quality! I added my name on the top myself with some wooden letters and super glue to give it that extra special touch as I used this box as a memory box! Didn’t expect the box to be so deep but that was a plus as apparently I have a lot of memories to keep! If I ever need a wooden box in the future, definitely would order again and also it came quite quickly!

I didnt expect it to work but this has been excellent for storing my bathroom cosmetics in my room. I always had issues with dust on top of things like my deodrant, oils, sunglasses, shaver, toothbrush, toilet roll. All the storage taken up in the bathroom so this was a good alternative and it worked. I can store over 30 items with no issues with the box. Very well made

Good colours and well made, have bought two a nice size Would buy again

For $200.00, this product is not even worth looking at (it is rubbish) A 1-star rating is far too good. This product is so poorly made that you need to be careful about splinters. Not painted properly; my 5-year-old can do a better job painting. Also, incorrect measurements advertised, so could not use as intended. I am very disappointed that AMAZON even allows this product to be sold
