Awesome Chair!
Chair is beautiful, arrived quickly and was well packaged, however it had a small tear from something rubbing on the vinyl in transit.Seller was extremely responsive to an issue we had with a small tear in the vinyl. Issued a credit to fix as we didn’t want to return it for such a small issue.

Hard to assemble. Chair makes noises,
The chair was difficult to put together because the screws and bolts where not lining up right. Also the chair pops and slowly falls down after pumping it up. This happened right away. I needed the chair and I don’t have the time to take it apart and send it back. Smh this was a big disappointment. It looks nice but won’t last and it is not sturdy. It’s embarrassing when I have clients in the chair and it’s poping and slowly dropping. The kick also has screws falling out of it and I’m not a dang chair mechanic. I have no idea how to fix this chair. And I really shouldn’t have to be fixing it right away.

Love the color and design
I love the color and design a lot. They forgot to send me a screw and piece to my chair is what I disliked. And when my chair came in one side was not screwed in right. Plastic parts on the chair look a bit fragile. But we’ll see as soon as my husband starts using it.
