How many volts are in this

Not sure of the voltage. I have had some in the past that looked exactly like these that would give a pretty decent shock. These however, I can barely feel anything at all. I posted a review about them as well.

Don’t remember for sure but seems like the top & bottom separate & it uses the button batteries

Yes it writes. Twist bottom and pen comes out. Very small amount of ink though.

Didn't come with batteries. What size does it take?

It don’t take batterys but they don’t even have a shock to it and no place to put batteries in i sent mine back
