After more than 6 month the dealer contacted me and apologized for the experience I had with the Laptop Battery I bought last June. They offered me to replace the item and when I said, that I replaced the laptop I ordered that battery for allready, they offered me a total refund to make it up to me. I find this very impressive. A company that stands behind their products and cares for their customer deserves definetly more than the two stars I gave in my first review.
