Ugh! I’m so sad. I read all the reviews on this and was hoping this would be my “cure.” Not the case. This is the third probiotic I’ve tried without any relief. Will update if anything changes. **UPDATE** Ladies, ladies, ladies!!! Okay. SO. I love amazon but I wouldn’t recommend getting your probiotics from here. I ordered these awhile back and they didn’t do anything for my BV and off balance PH. Fast forward a few months and many probiotics later, I went back to this brand. I went for the 50 billion version and got it from my local vitamin shop. After about 2 weeks of taking it I can tell you that something changed down there. Less smell, less discharge, less itching and burning. Fast forward another month and I purchased the 90 billion CFU from ultimate flora. Now this is the one ladies. If you have chronic infections down there or even just a super off PH (pissed vagina) please try these. I’ve been taking these for two weeks and went to my gyno and she told me things are looking healthy down there! I was clear for BV a month ago and went to just get checked up so I will update if anything changes. After taking these my discharge is WAY less, smell is gone, itching completely gone, burning gone.. I even smell slightly sweet and like myself again. I am SO thrilled. Suffering with an off balance V is one of the worst things. But ladies don’t be embarrassed and please don’t give up hope. Keep researching, keep trying. Find a gyno who LISTENS to you. Don’t give up hope. I also wanted to add that I used the good and clean brand PH gel on and off during this and boric acid after my period. I think all of them probably helped but I can say once I quit taking the probiotic for three days (went on vacation) my symptoms were starting to come back, so I know this is what’s helped me the most. I like this brand. Easy on your stomach. Seemingly good ingredients. Seemed to be effective, good quality probiotics. I will buy again.

My cousin recommended these to me because we are both very sensitive down there. My pH is thrown off so easily. I am that person that if I take a bath, I have to take it with absolutely no products in it, just water or I would have a bad yeast infection. I struggled with constant yeast infections before I started this. It was to the point that I thought I was diabetic. Before starting these, if I had sex with my boyfriend and he finished inside, I would start itching almost immediately and within 2 days I would have a full blown yeast infection. After about 3 weeks of taking this, we tested it out and nothing. No itch afterward. No chunky discharge…nothing. Even what was considered normal discharge stopped. I don't even get snail streaks anymore. In addition, there is an increase in natural lubrication production when having sex, so this may be great for people in perimenopause or even full menopause. When I first started taking them, I did experience a slight tingling sensation that felt like maybe a uti was coming, but I just drank more water and after like a day or 2 it went away.

They seem very effective. I switched from a probiotic that was much more expensive.

Sí, la presentación cambió desde hace un tiempo. El frasco es distinto, y aunque es demasiado grande para la cantidad de cápsulas que trae, es necesario para su conservación. La ventaja es que ahora ya no necesitan refrigeración para dar los mejores resultados. Y en sí estos probióticos tienen muchas más cepas que otras marcas, y llegan en más cantidad al intestino porque las cápsulas son de mejor calidad. Estos probióticos son excelentes para las vías urinarias, dan increíbles resultados. Los recomiendo muchísimo. Solamente sugiero que actualicen las fotos de la publicación, porque causan confusión al ser de la presentación anterior del producto.
